Crab claws + prawns prepared in a
herb, garlic and chilli emulsion.

Short rib of beef, potatoes prepared in butter, truffled cauliflower.

Sides: Frazer’s farm vegetables

To Finish:
Passion fruit curd, vanilla, raspberry.

Same as above but replace mains with
Roast Sirloin of beef, Yorkshire pudding, horseradish cream, roast potatoes prepared in Beef fat, greens, roasted vegetables, red wine sauce.  

The cheese course….
Indie Fude cheese course, chutney, crisp bread. £9.00 for two people
